Description

For Hong Kong based HR specialists Elliott Scott, their existing brand identity had run out of road. It was actively working against the brand’s commercial objective of attracting larger and more prestigious clients. Greater Else undertook a complete transformation of the brand and its business and marketing collateral, positioning them for future growth.

Distilling Elliott Scott’s brand essence Having begun in Hong Kong, the group has extended to Singapore, Delhi, London, New York. Each team is embedded in their regional market, mirroring their clients’ geographic footprints. The brief for Greater Else was one of transformation — bringing stronger gravitas, confidence and potency to the brand.

Recognising that Elliott Scott’s global network was a vital part of how the business saw itself, we developed a set of bespoke patterns inspired by the visual cultures of each of the team locations. So Elliott Scott’s global presence became a vital component of the visual language of the brand.

Combined with a muted but sophisticated colour palette and a refined serif primary typeface, the new incarnation of Elliott Scott took shape. We worked right across Elliott Scott’s collateral materials and website, taking control of fully aligning each touchpoint with the new vision for the brand.

As always, we worked collaboratively with the Elliott Scott team, helping them to build out a library of Canva assets and templates to support their marketing team’s day-to-day activities.

We also developed a new companion brand, Elliott Scott Corporate Functions to support the group’s recruitment offer beyond the HR function in areas such as finance and accounting. We were able to quickly develop sub branding, supporting collateral and a website in under 8 weeks for the Hong Kong team to roll out.
