A revolutionary brand upgrade for a team of tech specialists at the leading edge of the UK government digital innovation. When Adroc Group approached Greater Else they had a story they needed to tell. The London based founders had diversified from IT recruitment and successfully transitioned into becoming a trusted and tech delivery partner for the UK government.
Using rapidly assembled teams (sometimes in less than 48hrs) of vetted tech experts, the Adroc workforce can number over 200 people at any one time, deployed across the public sector in such departments as MOJ, DFE and BEIS.
The problem? Their current brand and online presence was as far away as possible from communicating the scale and maturity of their business. And the consequence? It was impacting consideration for future contracts and also their future business development plans. Greater Else reimagined the Adroc brand from the ground up, positioning Adroc as a straight talking and expert consultancy in their field with a fiercely non-corporate, collaborative ethos.
The design team developed a minimal yet highly modern identity that took its inspiration from a utilitarian aesthetic that prioritises high contrast, legibility and bold typographic communication over all other design considerations. The result is a genuine new chapter for the business, and a brand identity that communicates professionalism and technical capability without being staid or forgettable.
